Performance has stabilized. Backend file servers are busier than usual and we are monitoring the situation, but performance levels are adequate.

download.eclipse.org and archive.eclipse.org are experiencing performance degradation. For most casual uses, this degradation is likely imperceptible, but for important read and write operations to those devices, degradation will be observed.

We have not yet a complete understanding of the cause, but the team is investigating.
