Backend server restart

We will be restarting one of our backend servers at this time. We expect that many front end services will be impacted, but they should all recover once the server is back up.
Accounts website update

The accounts.eclipse.org website will undergo scheduled maintenance to allow us to migrate from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. During this time, the website will be in read-only mode, and users will not be able to make any changes or submissions.

Power Maintanence

We have been notified by our Colo facility they will be working on power distribution during this window.
No outages are expected, but there may be brief interruptions if hardware restarts.
