Maintenance

We will be updated one of our backend system, which means it will be unavailable for 5-10m. While the impact should be minor, it may degrade the ECA API or other associated services.

We need to migrate the JakartaEE TCK Jenkins instance to a new backend storage device. The transfer will take several hours and during that time the instance will not be reachable. See also https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/helpdesk/-/issues/5070.
