During this timeframe, the Paperwork and Hellosign APIs which service signature and persistence of agreements will be undergoing a database upgrade. During this time, there may be brief windows where the service becomes unavailable. These will be shortened as much as possible to reduce the impact on Eclipse Foundation users.
